Designing a Support Plan for Your Family Member

What will happen to my child when I am gone? It's a hard question that many caregivers of a family member with disabilities often worry about. In our "Future is Now" FREE ONLINE six-week class series, we will walk you through the planning process, step-by-step. This is a private class where you can get your questions answered and connect with your peers who share in your journey.

  • Step-by-step process to help you design a plan for the future care of your family member

  • Small and welcoming learning environment for a personalized experience

  • Classes taught by trained instructors, ensuring a supportive learning experience

  • Developed in collaboration with the Institute on Disability and Human Development at the University of Illinois at Chicago

Finding time for your own health and wellbeing often takes a back seat to your many other caregiving responsibilities. In our "Self-Care Matters" FREE ONLINE two-class series, we provide you with expert tips and tools for creating a more balanced life. The class includes:

  • Tips, resources, and strategies for the wellbeing of caregivers

  • Small groups for a welcoming experience

  • Rooted in the expertise of Dr. Christina N. Marsack-Topolewski

  • Facilitated by trained instructors

  • Courses available in ASL upon request
